Message from the school: Community Update Oct. 30 – Nov. 3

St. Anthony Catholic School Community Update
October 30th – November 3rd


Dear Parents/Guardians,

Progress Reports for students in Grades 1 to 6 will be sent home this Wednesday. You will be hearing soon from your child’s teachers regarding Parent Teacher Interviews, which will take place on the evening of Thursday, November 9th.


Tuesday, October 31st is Halloween - Orange & Black Day - Students in Grades 1 to 6.will wear orange and black and are asked not to wear costumes to school that day. Only our kindergarten students will wear their costumes on that day.

Thursday is Mathletes at St. Anthony - a full day of math activities in our gym for Grades 2 to 6. Some of our former students, currently at Notre Dame HS, will join us that day as math leaders! We are looking forward to a great day of learning!

 Rosary visits to classes
 Pingpong/Badminton Club in gym@3:00 pm – Grades 4,5,6


Thursday, November 2nd

 Mathletes – a special full day of math activities in our gym
for students – former St. Anthony students will be our math leaders!
 Thursday Recycle Day
 Piano Lessons at lunch hour in book room
 Intramural Soccer at lunch hour in gym
 French choir practice last recess


Tuesday, November 7th

 Grade 5/6 class to Museum of Nature
 Soccer Intramurals in gym
 Knitting & Crochet club


Wednesday, November 8th

 School Council Meeting – 6:00 pm in Learning Commons
 Pingpong/Badminton Club in gym@3:00 pm – Grades 4,5,6


Thursday, November 9th

 Parent Teacher Interview Evening
 English choir practice last recess
